The service
Fit Your Wit provides short comedy-practice drills, automated scoring, AI-generated coaching, progress tools, and optional paid features. Features may change as the product improves. We aim to keep practice available but do not promise uninterrupted operation.
Your account and content
Keep access to your email or Google account secure and give accurate information. You retain ownership of lines and stories you submit. You give Fit Your Wit a limited licence to process them only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not submit confidential information you do not want processed by the listed service providers.
Respect the room
Do not use Fit Your Wit to threaten, harass, exploit, impersonate, defraud, violate intellectual-property rights, target protected identities, or create illegal sexual or violent material. Do not probe, overload, reverse engineer, bypass limits, or automate abusive access. We may decline to score unsafe content and suspend misuse.
Google Play subscriptions
Fit Your Wit Pro is sold through Google Play on Android. Google Play shows the applicable localized price, trial eligibility, renewal period, taxes, and cancellation terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled in Google Play. Manage or cancel through your Play account. Refunds follow applicable law and Google Play policy.
The free tier remains available as described in the app. Server verification controls Pro access; pending or unverified purchases do not unlock paid features.
AI and coaching limits
AI output can be wrong, repetitive, or inappropriate despite safeguards. Coaching is for entertainment and skill practice, not professional, medical, legal, or mental-health advice. You decide whether and how to use a suggestion. Fit Your Wit is not a crisis service.
Deletion, suspension, and changes
You can stop using Fit Your Wit at any time and request deletion in the app or on the web. Deleting a Fit Your Wit account does not itself cancel an active Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play. We may suspend accounts that create security, legal, payment, or safety risk.
These Terms may change when the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated where required. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not excluded. The final production operator identity, governing law, contact address, and dispute venue must be inserted after legal review and before launch.
